The website qalvionexa.com is an information platform connecting retail investors with real-estate projects in Belgium. The content of the website does not constitute an offer to sell, investment advice or a recommendation to invest in any particular project.

Qalvionexa BV is registered as a crowdfunding service provider (ECSP) under European Regulation 2020/1503 and is supervised by the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) in Brussels under licence number FSMA 071214 A.
3. Access to the website
Access to the general information of the website is free and open to every user. Participating in investment projects requires a separate registration, identification and suitability assessment in accordance with the Belgian Anti-Money Laundering Act of 18 September 2017 and the ECSP Regulation.
4. Risks related to investments
