Real-estate crowdfunding in Belgium is a modern way of jointly investing in construction and development projects. The model allows several investors to pool capital together for projects that would individually be hard to reach because of the high entry tickets.

Through specialised digital platforms, investors can take part in a wide range of real-estate projects — from modern residential complexes and commercial buildings to renovations of historic premises and urban redevelopment programmes in Belgian cities.
